7 months & 2 weeks agoHaving trouble using your ledger on windows? Go to “chrome://flags” in the address bar on chrome and turn "Enable new USB backend" to off, then try again.
There could be many reasons as to why a transaction fails. Please refer to the error message below and try again.
Connect, unlock, and open the Cosmos app on your ledger.
You will need to undelegate in order for your staked assets to be liquid again. This process will take 21 days to complete. Alternatively, you can redelegate to another validator once every 21 days if you wish to move your stake with a different validator.
Review the details on your Ledger and sign the transaction.
